Transparency and Council Policies
Government has issued a Code of Recommended Practice on Transparency, compliance
of which is compulsory for parish councils with turnover (gross income or gross expenditure)
not exceeding £25,000 per annum.
As one of these councils, Breamore Parish Council will be exempt from the requirement
to have an external audit from April 2017.
